WHAT IS MCB?

Miniature Circuit Breaker

Introduction:-

MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) is mechanical device operate automatic operation designed to connect and disconnect the electrical circuit in the
ordinary and extraordinary situation .
Suitable for AC and DC voltage.   It means
main function is to protected equipment
Or circuit from over load and short circuit.

The size OF MCB is small and usually use for
household and domestic. Average fix ampere
rating from 6 Amp up to 125 Amp. It can be reset back to the normal condition after trip but cannot adjust ampere rating. It can be found for single phase and three phase Voltage power supply.

Parts of Miniature Circuit Breaker :

(1) Actuator piker (for trip and reset)
(2) Actuator Device mechanism
(3) Main contact (flow of current)
(4) Terminal Block
(5)  Bimetallic steel strip
 (6) Tripping calibration screw
 (7) Solenoid coil
(8)Arc extinguisher

Purpose: Miniature Circuit Breakers or
MCB are used to replace fuses that pro
-tect individual pieces of electrical equipments and the circuits which supply
them with power. In the case of tripping because of a current overload ,MCB  are very easy to reset, Which  is much simpler
to do that having replace blown fuses. MCB
also trip to stop the current from flowing much faster than fuse can operate.

What is LDR (LIGHT DEPENDENT RESISTOR)

LDR:  LDR is a photo resistor, It work to only light source and when light s increase and LDR resistivity  increase .It lights low and resistivity low and LDR is a light dependent resistor. And it is one type resistor. Unit K amper LDR Material:  Cadmium sulphide(cds) Lead Sulphide (Pbs) k USES  : It is a active sensor . It use automated electronic devices. It use street light, and sun Ray detected solar panel and others.

What is Transistors ?

Ans : Transistor is a three layer semiconductor device consisting of either two n- and one p type layers of material.  The former is called and n-p-n transistor, and the two p- type and one n type layers of material is called p-n-p transistor. Types of transistors                                   i) Bipolar Junction                                                  Transistor   (BJT)                                ii) Unipolar Junction                                                  Transistor   (UJT)
