Transistor Biasing

The proper flow of zero signal collector current and the maintenance of proper collector-emitter voltage during the passage of signal as known  Transistor Biasing. The process of raising the strength of a weak signal with out any change in its general shape is known as  faithful amplification. The theory of transistors reveals that it will function properly if input circuit remains forward biased and output circuit remains reverse biased at all times. This is then the key factor for achieving faithful amplification .To ensure the three basic condition :- (I)  Proper zero signal collector current.          (II)     Minimum proper base -emitter voltage at any instant.                                                        (III) Minimum proper collector-emitter voltage at any instant.     I) proper zero signal collector current:-.            Consider an n-p-n transistor circuit shown below 1(a). During the positive half cycle of the signal , base is positive w.r.t emitter and hence base

UJT (unipolar junction Transistor)

Unipolar junction Transistor:  UJT:- A Unijunction Transistor after obbreviated as UJT is a three terminal semiconductor switching device. UJT is operated with emitter junction forward biased. It exhibits a negative resistance characteristic and hence it can be used as an oscillator.

What is Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT)?

Ans:- Transistor are three terminal devices.    Of three semiconductor layers.transistor consists of two p-n junction formed by sandwiching either  .  p-type or  n-type semiconductor between a pair of opposite   types. One p-n junction of a transistor is reverse biased ,whereas the other is forward biased. There are two types of transistor.                                                                      i) p-n-p                                                      ii) n-p-n BJT is a current control device.

What is Transistors ?

Ans : Transistor is a three layer semiconductor device consisting of either two n- and one p type layers of material.  The former is called and n-p-n transistor, and the two p- type and one n type layers of material is called p-n-p transistor. WHAT IS MCB?

Miniature Circuit Breaker    Introduction:- MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker) is mechanical device operate automatic operation designed to connect and disconnect the electrical circuit in the  ordinary and extraordinary situation . Suitable for AC and DC voltage.   It means main function is to protected equipment Or circuit from over load and short circuit.   The size OF MCB is small and usually use for household and domestic. Average fix ampere rating from 6 Amp up to 125 Amp. It can be reset back to the normal condition after trip but cannot adjust ampere rating. It can be found for single phase and three phase Voltage power supply.   Parts of Miniature Circuit Breaker : (1) Actuator piker (for trip and reset) (2) Actuator Device mechanism (3) Main contact (flow of current) (4) Terminal Block (5)  Bimetallic steel strip  (6) Tripping calibration screw  (7) Solenoid coil (8)Arc extinguisher    Purpose: Miniature Circuit Breakers or  MCB are used to replace fuses that pro -tect individua
